Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in billing for import-export documentation (experience in import-export will be considered an advantage) Knowledge of accounting and withholding tax will be considered an advantage Service-minded with a strong customer focus Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel Excellent command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Job Description	Receive documents from CS, Shipping, and Vendors, verify accuracy before recording data in the SWIVEL system Monitor vendor billing to ensure compliance with the company’s scheduled cycles Print out cost sale (Profit Check Sheet) for accuracy verification Print invoices and organize document sets for billing submission to customers and the accounting department
