Qualifications	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Highly responsible, with good interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities Able to work under pressure and effectively solve problems on the spot Enthusiastic and proactive in work Good command of English for effective communication Knowledge of international trade, cargo transportation, export control, and regulatory compliance
Job Description	Contact and gather customer requirements Present the company’s services that align with the customer’s needs Review requirements and source costs to match customer needs in order to propose pricing Prepare quotations Verify customer financial information to request credit approval Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal operations and international agents to support sales efficiency Expand new customer base and maintain existing customers Prepare performance summary reports and present them to supervisors
