Job Description

  • Contact and gather customer requirements

  • Verify customer financial information to request credit approval

Job Description

  • Verify the accuracy of information between the import declaration and import documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, or other import documents to ensure 100% correctness.
  • Ensure all import documents are fully checked and completed before cargo clearance.
  • Review or provide recommendations on customs tariff codes and rates to customers upon request or when updated information is needed, within 5 business days after receiving complete documents and data.

Job Description

  • Verify the accuracy of import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, and Permit, and prepare documents for customs clearance submission.
  • Provide status updates and customs clearance guidance.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, port agents (CY/CFS), and government authorities to ensure timely cargo release.
  • Monitor cargo release status, inform CS staff of any issues, and take prompt corrective actions.
  • Review documents related to tax privileges such as FTA, BOI, and Free Zone, including obtaining relevant certificates.

Job Description

-Make decision within the scope of responsibilities specified in AuthorizationStructure

-Received request IT support from user and inform the supervisor

-Receive notification the repair IT equipment from the user and inform the supervisor(CM)

-Prepare the annual plan of IT preventive maintenance and notify the supervisor(PM)

-Verification of backup data, storage data backup to other locations,and random selection of backup data to testing the data recovery,and report the supervisor.

-Authority, User ID and Password Management (Add, Delete, Change) -Access authority, File server Management (Add, Delete, Change)

-Keep document into DMS
