Sales freight Forwarding

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
Highly responsible, with good interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities
Able to work under pressure and effectively solve problems on the spot
Enthusiastic and proactive in work
Good command of English for effective communication
Knowledge of international trade, cargo transportation, export control, and regulatory compliance

Contact and gather customer requirements
Present the company’s services that align with the customer’s needs
Review requirements and source costs to match customer needs in order to propose pricing
Prepare quotations
Verify customer financial information to request credit approval
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal operations and international agents to support sales efficiency
Expand new customer base and maintain existing customers
Prepare performance summary reports and present them to supervisors

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Minimum of 10 years of work experience
At least 3 years of experience in management
At least 3 years of experience in procurement and subcontractor management
Ability to develop departmental plans and prepare annual budgets within areas of responsibility
Proficient in English
Strong skills in management and supervision of subordinates
In-depth knowledge of logistics and transportation management

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to procure goods and hire subcontractor staff to ensure efficient service delivery, including managing fuel cards and Easy Passes.
Compare prices and submit evaluations to relevant departments to finalize vendor selection based on reasonable pricing and quality.
Oversee and manage procurement processes to ensure efficiency.
Manage and supervise the team to meet established KPIs.
Source goods and services in a timely manner, ensuring reasonable cost and performance.
Manage assigned tasks to ensure successful completion according to plan.
