Job Description

• Contact and gather customer requirements
• Present the company’s services that align with the customer’s needs
• Review requirements and source costs to match customer needs in order to propose pricing
• Prepare quotations
• Verify customer financial information to request credit approval
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal operations and international agents to support sales efficiency

Qualifications

Job Description

-Make decision within the scope of responsibilities specified in AuthorizationStructure

-Received request IT support from user and inform the supervisor

-Receive notification the repair IT equipment from the user and inform the supervisor(CM)

-Prepare the annual plan of IT preventive maintenance and notify the supervisor(PM)

-Verification of backup data, storage data backup to other locations,and random selection of backup data to testing the data recovery,and report the supervisor.

-Authority, User ID and Password Management (Add, Delete, Change) -Access authority, File server Management (Add, Delete, Change)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, trucking, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) services procurement.
• Strong knowledge of transportation cost structures, carrier management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience in conducting RFQ, RFP, and tender processes for transportation and logistics services.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain operations, logistics processes, and transportation regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement platforms).
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description

3. Manage contracts/service agreement under your responsibility correctly and on time.
4. Evaluate and Develop subcontractor services to meet the company's requirements/standards.
5. Manage the team to work according to KPIs and company policies.
6. Establish a strategy for sourcing and selecting qualified transportation subcontractors.
