Qualifications
  • Present system development projects, equipment, etc., to supervisors
  • Make decisions within the scope of assigned authority (Authorisation Manual)
  • Review and approve data entries by subordinates for both receivables and payables in the system
  • Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable and payable for supervisors
  • Review and prepare advance payment reports prior to monthly account closing
  • Monitor and verify the completeness of income and expense records for each month
  • Compile and report monthly billing department performance indicators
Job Description
