Position	Customs Specialist - Officer
Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in import customs clearance. Completed training in “Customs Broker” or equivalent specialist course and possess a valid certification. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Job Description	Verify the accuracy of information between the import declaration and import documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, or other import documents to ensure 100% correctness. Ensure all import documents are fully checked and completed before cargo clearance. Review or provide recommendations on customs tariff codes and rates to customers upon request or when updated information is needed, within 5 business days after receiving complete documents and data.
