Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or other related fields.
  • Professional certification or bachelor’s degree and a valid Customs Broker License issued by the Customs Department.
  • 1–3 years of experience in import customs clearance.
  • Basic English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations.
Job Description
  • Verify the accuracy of import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, and Permit, and prepare documents for customs clearance submission.
  • Provide status updates and customs clearance guidance.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, port agents (CY/CFS), and government authorities to ensure timely cargo release.
  • Monitor cargo release status, inform CS staff of any issues, and take prompt corrective actions.
  • Review documents related to tax privileges such as FTA, BOI, and Free Zone, including obtaining relevant certificates.
