Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 8–12 years’ experience in ocean freight/logistics, with leadership exposure
  • Strong capability in P&L management, pricing, and volume growth
  • Proven experience in carrier management and rate negotiation
  • Solid commercial mindset with strong market and customer insight
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
