Qualifications	Bachelor's or Master's degree Minimum of 10 years of work experience At least 3 years of experience in management At least 3 years of experience in procurement and subcontractor management Ability to develop departmental plans and prepare annual budgets within areas of responsibility Proficient in English Strong skills in management and supervision of subordinates In-depth knowledge of logistics and transportation management
Job Description	Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to procure goods and hire subcontractor staff to ensure efficient service delivery, including managing fuel cards and Easy Passes. Compare prices and submit evaluations to relevant departments to finalize vendor selection based on reasonable pricing and quality. Oversee and manage procurement processes to ensure efficiency. Manage and supervise the team to meet established KPIs. Source goods and services in a timely manner, ensuring reasonable cost and performance. Manage assigned tasks to ensure successful completion according to plan.
