| Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, trucking, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) services procurement.
- Strong knowledge of transportation cost structures, carrier management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Experience in conducting RFQ, RFP, and tender processes for transportation and logistics services.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain operations, logistics processes, and transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement platforms).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
