7. Knowledge of international trade, cargo transportation, export control, and regulatory compliance

• Contact and gather customer requirements
• Present the company’s services that align with the customer’s needs
• Review requirements and source costs to match customer needs in order to propose pricing
• Prepare quotations
• Verify customer financial information to request credit approval
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal operations and international agents to support sales efficiency
• Expand new customer base and maintain existing customers
• Prepare performance summary reports and present them to supervisors
