Bachelor or Master degree in logistics Engineering.

Knowledge of the requirements of operation a warehouse.

People Management skills, including the ability to lead and motivated others, delegate work and explain ideas.

Planning and Organizing skills.

Analytical ability - The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of people.

Initiative and decisiveness.

Enthusiasm.

Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spread sheets.

The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Has experience in Warehouse solution design and Logistic field or related business At least 5-10 years.

-Achieve the sales goals set for the 3PL Business Development Department in Thailand
-Widen TST’s market reputation in Thailand
-Develop and enhance logistics products and solution sets
-Develop relationships with logistics suppliers, enhancing TST’s logistics solutions, capability, and lowering costs
-Create action plan based on the business and competitive environment, customer structure, and products managed
-Handle customer enquiries
-Follow up on sales leads, ensuring they are answered in a timely manner
-Ensure all RFQ (request for quotation), bids and tenders are replied to within the time specified
-Hold regular meetings with sales staff for exchange of market information
-Arrange joint calls and customer visits with sales, operation, management personnel, as well as the overseas counterparts
-Visit a sufficient number of customers and maintain up-to-date customer profiles
-Provide monthly report on business development and related market intelligence
-Solution design to meet Customer requirements
-Support project implementation / coordination
-Sourcing for subcontracted logistics services to improve solution and project costs
-Perform detailed logistics cost analyses
-Support the preparation of Investment Applications
-Other tasks as may be assigned by Head of Business Development
